In 3195, with the return of Starfleet Academy to Earth, new uniforms for the instructors of the Starfleet Academy were introduced. They wore uniforms in the colors of their divisions crossed by a black and white angled band.
All adorned with combadges in the shape of the USS Athena.

The Chancellor of Starfleet Academy had their own variation of uniform. It consisted of a red tunic, had epaulettes, and a flap on the side.

Science officers had the option to wear a diffrent uniform. Division colored jacket with a high stand collar. The front appears to close with a concealed zipper or hidden placket, giving it a smooth, uninterrupted surface. Black pants and boots.

During the physical training of cadets, instructors wore another uniform and used whistles. It consisted of a jacket, creating a subtle hourglass silhouette. It has a high, stand collar and a concealed front closure that runs straight down the center. The central panel of the jacket was in division colors, contrasted sharply by dark charcoal or near-black fabric on the shoulders, sleeves, and sides. Thin, light gray piping outlines the colored panel.
They were worn with black pants and boots.

On the left chest, there is a large gray block letter “S” outlined in black, with the cadet’s name written above it in small cursive script. On the right chest there is a Starfleet logo. The right sleeve has two patches. One is a rectangular patch near the upper arm that reads “SEA.” The jacket also has two angled front pockets with reinforced triangular stitching at the corners.
